Botanic Synergy ships to all states and territories within Australia using Australia Post. 

We do not utilize any customer provided courier services. 

Please check your shipping address is correct. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge to re-ship the order. Please refer to our Returns policy for more information. 

Currently we do not ship internationally.

State locations and delivery time-frames above are based on metro delivery areas. If you are located outside of your states metro delivery area, shipping times may be increased. 

 You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped to you, which will include your tracking number and the freight carrier we have selected to ship your order. 

Due to the nature of our products being hand-crafted, we do not currently offer express shipping. If you have an urgent order, please contact us directly and we can organize priority service and shipping on a case-by-case basis.
